Boxed Lunch
Lunch includes a whole sandwich or wrap, Kettle chips, water and a freshly baked cookie.
Sandwich
Roasted or smoked turkey, smoked ham, veggie, tuna salad, chicken salad or egg salad prepared with lettuce, tomato, cheddar cheese, mayonnaise and stone-ground mustard. Or choose vegan Field Roast with vegenaise and vegan cheese.
Wrap
Greek
Greek Falafel, hummus, cucumber, olives, tomato, red onion, feta cheese with a side of tahini.
Thai Chicken
Spicy cabbage peanut slaw with chicken.
BBQ Chicken
Roasted chicken, bacon, lettuce, tomato, red onion, cheddar cheese and BBQ mayo.
Caesar
Tossed Caesar salad with roasted chicken or salmon.

Lunch includes a mixed green salad of your choice, a freshly baked biscuit, water and a cookie.

Tender red potatoes, celery, onion and pickles in a creamy mayonnaise dressing.
Macaroni
Seashell pasta in a tangy mayonnaise dressing with red onion, celery and hard boiled egg.
Quinoa Pecan
A vegan favorite. Quinoa tossed with dried cranberries, pecans and cilantro with a toasted sesame vinaigrette.
Thai Chicken Cabbage
A tasty Thai peanut slaw with roasted chicken and a sweet chili vinaigrette.
Black Bean and Corn
Lively Southwest inspired flavors with jalapeno, cilantro and cherry tomato in a lime vinaigrette.
Pea and Cheese
Marlene’s favorite! An old-school classic with tender peas and cheddar cheese in a mayonnaise dressing.
Pesto Pasta

Free range eggs whipped to airy perfection with crispy edges and a broiled top. Chile Rellenos, Harvest Vegetable or Broccoli and Ham. Serves 8-10.
Breakfast Burrito
A hearty, convenient morning staple with bacon or tempeh, and including egg, cheese, red pepper, onion and potato. Available by the each.
Breakfast Breads, Muffins and Scones
House-made and tasty. Favorites include banana bread, blueberry muffins and pumpkin scones. Variety subject to change. Available by the dozen.
Coffee and Tea
We offer organic, fair-trade coffee or tea to go. Comes with cups, cream, sugar and everything you need!
Dessert
Our homemade desserts are well known and loved. Favorites include vegan chocolate cake, carrot cake, gluten free brownies, no-bake cookies and Marlene’s awesome oatmeal cake.
