Are these classes free?
Yes. Wellness Talks are free to attend.
Do I need to be a customer to join?
We would love to see you, but everyone is welcome.
Are the talks online or in person?
They’re online via Zoom, so you can join from anywhere.
I’m a beginner - will this be over my head?
Not at all. Speakers build from the basics and explain terms as they go.
How do I register?
Click the registration link for the class you want. Enter your name and email, and you’ll receive a confirmation email with your Zoom link.
Will I get a link to join?
Yes. After you register, Zoom emails you a unique join link. Keep that email handy.
What if I can’t find the email with my link?
Check spam, promotions, or updates. If it’s still missing, reach out and we’ll help you track it down.
Can I ask questions during the class?
Yes. Most talks include a Q&A portion, and you can usually type questions into the chat.
How long are the talks?
Most are about 45 to 60 minutes.

To qualify, you must be a Community Plus member (membership is free to join in store) and remain present for at least 80% of the class length. Points typically post to your account within 48 hours of the class ending. Live attendance only. Limit one points award per member per class.
