Happy Cinco de Mayo from Siete

Siete is family-owned and operated by all seven (Siete!) members of the Garza family. Their mission is to inspire inclusivity around the table by sharing delicious Mexican-American food in a variety of dietary offerings. It's their passion to create heritage-inspired foods with salud y sabor, “health and flavor,” so that everyone can feel welcome in the kitchen and around the table, supported on their journey to health (whatever it looks like!), and enjoy countless meals and snacks with loved ones.
The Siete story began when Co-Founder and President, Veronica Garza, was diagnosed with several health conditions as a teenager, and had to give up some of her favorite foods, like tortillas. Because the Garza family believes juntos es mejor, or “together is better,” all seven (Siete!) family members joined her and began their journey to health But giving up certain foods resulted in them feeling less connected to a major part of their Mexican culture: food. The tacos they’d grown up enjoying on tortillas didn’t taste the same on lettuce leaves!
Veronica wanted to create a tortilla they could all enjoy without sacrificing health, flavor, or texture. So, with her family’s support, she started experimenting with innovative and better-for-you ingredients, like almond flour. She knew she had something really special when her Grandma Campos told her they tasted better than the homemade tortillas she’d been making for years.
Ever since, Siete has been using innovative ingredients—like cassava, almond flour, whole vegetables, organic beans and corn, and real spices—to make heritage-inspired foods that everyone can gather around and enjoy. They’re a mission-based company with a passion for sharing real foods, gathering as an authentic community, and making people feel welcome at the table.
