Why take our Wellness Talks?
These talks are for real life. You’ll get a friendly breakdown of the “why” behind common health concerns, plus simple strategies you can try at home. No pressure, and no prior knowledge required. Just a smart, welcoming space to learn, ask questions, and feel more confident about what you’re choosing.
Spring Reset Series Part 1: Why You’re Still Tired After Winter
As spring begins, many people expect energy to bounce back fast. But if fatigue, brain fog, low motivation, or restless sleep are sticking around, you’re not alone. Dr. Evelyn Le Ellis breaks down how winter stress can linger in the body, and how your nervous system, stress hormones, thyroid signaling, and blood sugar rhythms all shape daily energy. You’ll leave with a clearer, shame-free understanding of what your body is asking for and a few gentle shifts to start feeling better.
Spring Reset Series Part 2: Cravings, Weight, and Mood
When cravings spike or your mood feels all over the place, it’s easy to blame willpower, but your hormones may be sending signals worth listening to. In Part 2, Dr. Evelyn Le Ellis explores how stress chemistry, blood sugar swings, and shifting routines can influence appetite, weight patterns, and emotional balance in early spring. This session helps you connect the dots, understand what’s driving the push-and-pull, and build a more supportive approach that feels realistic, steady, and sustainable.
Spring Reset Series Part 3: Prepare Your Body for the Rest of the Year
Think of this session as your spring groundwork for long-term wellness. Dr. Evelyn Le Ellis walks through key hormone and lifestyle patterns that support energy, resilience, and healthy aging across the year, without the burnout cycle. You’ll learn how small choices around stress support, daily rhythm, sleep consistency, and nourishment can add up over time. It’s a practical, encouraging close to the series that helps you feel more confident, more in tune, and ready for what’s next.
If You Could Only Take 3: Restore What Your Diet Is Missing
If you could only take three Just Thrive products, what would they be? This class connects the dots between common gut complaints and bigger-picture wellness like energy, cravings, and blood sugar. Joanie explains the trifecta missing from modern diets, why your gut is “Grand Central Station” for the body, and how supporting your body’s natural GLP-1 may be simpler than you think. Featuring Digestive Bitters, Spore-based Probiotic & Antioxidant, and a PREbiotic.

This dynamic talk will spotlight powerful herbs that help support energy and stamina as we embrace the longer days and renewed activity. We will also explore herbs that support healthy metabolism and cardiovascular performance, so we can maximize our enjoyment in the great outdoors.
